This Public Art commission marks the entrance to the Jackson Bottom Wetlands on the outskirts of Hillsboro. Tim researched the area and visited with wetlands staff and volunteers to determine how to create this piece. From cranes and frogs to cat tails and native plants, the gate depicts the areas surrounding.
A perfect day for ducks, the dedication was well attended. The sunny days are welcoming as you'll find trails to walk and birds to watch.
